Pink Ladies Golf Tournament

Organizers are calling it Eric’s Tent Event: An Affair of the Heart, an initiative to support the new regional cardiac centre at the under-construction St. Catharines hospital, and also cardiac care at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in Niagara Falls.  It all takes place June 4 on the property of Eric Wiens, 3705 Ninth Street in St. Catharines. Wiens, owner of a local construction company, donated $100,000 toward the cardiac centre and also committed to hosting a unique fundraiser. Affair of the Heat was born. The day, which starts at 2 p.m., also features a performance by magician, hypnotist, and illusionist Danny Zzz of Niagara Falls. There will be a live auction, dancing, entertainment and food prepared by Johnny Rocco’s Italian Grill.
